Raffles Avenue was established in 2000 to market Singapore and South-east Asian artworks and prints, provide art advisory services and publish art books and catalogues. Our vision is to become a dynamic and quality player in the Singapore fine art scene.

In conjunction with the launch of the art book See Cheen Tee - Artist Extraordinaire and the week long art exhibition entitled The Art of See Cheen Tee in Singapore in June 2001, we are proud to present, in our online gallery, close to 30 specially selected artworks of one of Singapore's highly accomplished pioneer artists.
